With
their 100% organic and 100% French barley beers baptised using water from the
Alps, Les Brasseurs Savoyards are genuine brewing magicians from the Haute
Savoie. Thanks to their authentic organic sourcing from the local area, and
their uninterrupted virtuous chain throughout manufacture, they have given new
impetus to artisanal beers and organic beers, quite naturally.
For
supplies, they use the Malterie du Château in Belgium. However, all of the
malts used in manufacture of their organic beers are produced and cultivated in
France. As for the hops used in their blends, these come from France but also
other countries such as Belgium, England or Germany. This is because varieties
of organic hops are much rarer than organic malt which makes supply from France
alone somewhat difficult.
And
so, it is organic and nothing but organic for this iconic range which is taking
an increasing position in the Haute-Savoie market, firstly, and whose
reputation and flavours are beginning to spread across the entire Rhône-Alpes
region.
Enough
to need to adjust their production chain and storage capacities in their plant at
Alby-sur-Chéran. With two 50 hectolitre tanks, 13 70 hectolitre tanks and 4 110
hectolitre tanks, the Brasseurs Savoyards have taken a foothold to respond to
the demand of a market which is lacking in good-tasting organic beers with
style and just enough bitterness, with the production of their traditional and
artisanal beers.
